Return & Refund Policy
Not happy with something? Here’s how returns and refunds work at E-Commerce Hub Shop.
1. 30-day returns
Return most physical items within 30 days of delivery if unused, complete and in original packaging. Hub Plus members have 90 days.
2. How to return
Email support@ecommercehubshop.com or call +1 734-736-5221 with your order number. We’ll email a prepaid return label for eligible items.
3. Refunds
We refund your original payment method within two business days of receiving your return; banks may take 5 to 7 business days to post it. Items bought with a promo code are refunded at the discounted price. Shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error or a defect.
4. Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund the item, including shipping.
5. Non-returnable items
Opened supplements and personal care products unless defective, used safety harnesses, gift cards, redeemed software or digital codes, and final-sale items.
6. Hub Plus
Cancel within 14 days for a full refund if no benefit was used.
7. Exchanges
Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Return address
