How do I use HUB10?
Add items to your cart, then enter HUB10 in the Promo code box on the cart or checkout page. It takes 10% off eligible items before tax. Gift cards and memberships are excluded.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship from Detroit, Michigan within one business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express 2, and next-day 1 if you order by 1 PM Eastern time.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $44 or more in physical items. Hub Plus members get free 2-day shipping on every order.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. Sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Gift cards are never taxed.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method at the price you paid after any discount.
When do gift cards arrive?
By email, usually within minutes of checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I cancel my membership?
